This is such POWERFUL advice, which I particularly needed today. We often don’t realize how truly powerful this advice is…and how necessary it is to act upon it. So many of us hear this but we treat it like lip service and then keep right on going faster and faster and more and more. I am trying to take time for myself, time to laugh and play, time to rest and recoup when needed, time to have a life in amongst all the work. The interesting thing is that when I do take time out I find that life accommodates me and everything (work) still gets done. And I work better and more clearly. I think it’s even most important to take time out when the work load is the greatest. Such a healthy inspiring site you have. Thanks for that. It makes a difference in the world.
